You may have missed Fred Hencke of Segal’s insightful presentation at the recent AGC of America Construction HR Training & Professionals Conference. Join us for the presentation and for a discussion with Fred on balancing wellness and wellbeing for a healthy workforce. Wellness and wellbeing are not the same thing. Both are important and have some overlap, yet neither can be ignored if you want to achieve a healthy workforce. This session will explore how wellbeing impacts overall wellness including the financial impacts. We will show how integrated physical and mental health strategies combined with social determinants can be used to drive better health outcomes. The session will also include some case studies, online polling and Q&A throughout the session to help you develop an action plan.
