February 13-14, 2024 Location: St. Louis (in-person only) In Partnership With the US Army Corps of Engineers This course familiarizes contractor personnel with Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management concepts and procedures. Training will include Contractor's Review; Quality Management Planning; Preconstruction Conference and Coordination Meeting; Submittals; Quality Management during Construction; Making the System Work; Resident Management System overview (RMS 3.0), a contract administration computer program. To successfully complete this course, the student must be present for both days of class and achieve a passing grade of 70 on the written test given at the end of the course. A certificate will be issued to all students who satisfactorily complete the course. This certificate is valid for 5 years. ***Class size limited to 30 students*** Cost: $200 per person.
